Why we built DataSec
Every major bot management vendor — Cloudflare, DataDome, Akamai, HUMAN Security, Kasada — requires a sales call before sharing any pricing information. Most take weeks to deploy. Most are positioned as enterprise-only products. That left a clear gap: mid-market and growth-stage companies facing serious bot threats with no good options that didn't involve a multi-week sales process and a six-figure commitment.
DataSec is purpose-built to close that gap. We publish pricing. We deploy in days. We cover the full attack surface — web, API, mobile — without requiring you to migrate your CDN or restructure your infrastructure.
Our detection approach
We combine four independent detection layers — device fingerprinting, TLS/JA3 fingerprinting, behavioral biometrics, and IP reputation — into a single risk score evaluated in under 1ms. No single layer is reliable enough on its own; sophisticated bot operators can spoof any individual signal. The combination is what makes detection durable against evasion attempts.
We're transparent about what we can and can't detect. We won't promise 100% accuracy — that's not how any detection system works. We'll promise you a 14-day proof-of-concept period where you can see our actual detection rate on your actual traffic before you commit.
